Support options

Standard Support	For registered users of VTS Gold, you can email our technical support staff with your queries at vtsstandard@x-act.co.uk as often as required free of charge. You can also download the latest updates for the same version of VTS Gold from our website.
Annual Support	For a fee of only £50.00 + VAT per year. This includes free program updates for the same major product version of VTS Gold on CD and unlimited telephone support Mon-Fri 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. GMT. To upgrade to an annual support agreement, simply call 01629 825092 or by email at vtstgold@x-act.co.uk.
